摘 要:[目的]研究不同浓度污水对狐尾藻营养价值的影响,为狐尾藻资源化利用及高效处理畜禽污水提供数据支撑。[方法]选取长势一致的狐尾藻经过预培养后,每筐称取300 g,置于7个不同浓度(稀释10倍、20倍、30倍、40倍、50倍、100倍、200倍)畜禽污水中,每组3个重复,生长20 d后,刈割水上部分,检测其生物量和营养成分含量。[结果]稀释20倍污水中的狐尾藻的生物量与稀释10倍、40倍、50倍、100倍、200倍中狐尾藻的生物量差异均显著(P<0.05),与稀释30倍污水中的狐尾藻生物量差异不显著(P>0.05)。稀释20倍污水中生长的狐尾藻其粗蛋白(21.65%)、粗脂肪(4.6%)、磷(0.36%)的含量最高,而粗纤维(32.64%)的含量最低。稀释20倍和10倍污水中的狐尾藻粗蛋白含量差异不显著(P>0.05),与其他浓度差异显著(P<0.05);稀释10倍、20倍、30倍中的狐尾藻粗脂肪含量最高,且与其他浓度污水差异显著(P<0.05)。粗纤维含量稀释10倍、20倍、30倍组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。磷含量以稀释10倍、20倍最高,与其他浓度组差异显著(P<0.05),稀释30倍、40倍、50倍间差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]从生物量和营养成分含量来看,狐尾藻在稀释20倍浓度污水中的营养价值最高。[ Objective ] To study the effect of different domestic wastewater concentration on the nutrition value of Myriophyllum,provide data support the utilization of Myriophyllum and the efficient treatment of domestic wastewater. [ Method ] 300 g Myriophyllum per container were placed in 7 different domestic wastewater with 3 replicates per group ( 10 times, 20 times, 30 times, 40 times, 50 times, 100 times, 200 times diluted wastewater). After growing 20 days,cut the above water part and detected its biomass and nutrition components content. [ Result] The results showed that MyriophyUum's biomass in 20 times diluted was significantly higher than that in 10 times, 40 times, 50times, 100times, 200 times ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but no significant difference from 30 times diluted wastewater (P 〉 0.05 ). The content of nutrition of Myriophyllum in 20 times diluted wastewater was highest, crude protein (21.65%), crude fat (4. 6% ), P (0. 36% ) , while the crude fiber content was the lowest (32. 64% ). The content of crude protein in 20 times diluted was no significant difference from 10 times diluted ( P 〉 0.05 ), while there were significant difference among others(P 〈0.05). The content of crude fat was significantly higher than 10 times, 20 times, 30 times diluted, and significant difference than other groups (P 〈 0.05 ). In crude fiber, there were no significant difference among 10, 20, 30 times diluted. The content of phosphorus in 10 times and 20 times were significantly higher than others (P 〈 0.05 ), there was no significant difference between 30, 40,50 times diluted (P 〉0.05). [Conclusion]From the biomass and nutrition value, Myriophyllum in 20 times diluted domestic wasterwater had highest nutrition value.
