恢复视角下工作要求对生活满意度影响探究

摘　　要：研究基于恢复理论,探讨员工工作要求对其生活满意度的影响机制及边界条件。采用工作要求、心理脱离、生活满意度和边界控制感量表测量了405名员工。结果显示:(1)工作要求负向预测生活满意度;(2)心理脱离在二者之间起部分中介作用;(3)该中介过程受边界控制感的调节,调节作用发生在模型的前半路径。即对低边界控制感员工,工作要求负向预测心理脱离,而高边界控制感员工则相反,工作要求正向预测心理脱离。这启示边界控制感作为个体重要的心理资源,能有效保护个体恢复过程和生活满意度。Based on recovery theory, this present study attempted to explore the influencing mechanism and boundary conditions of work demand on life satisfaction. A sample of 405 employees were measured by the questionnaire consisted of work demand scale, psychological detachment scale, life satisfaction scale and perceived boundary control scale. The results showed that： （1） Work demand was negatively correlated with life satisfaction; （2）Psychological detachment partially mediated the relationship between work demand and life satisfaction; （3） Perceived boundary control played the role of moderator among the mediate pro- cess of work demand, psychological detachment and life satisfaction. Moderate effect embodying on the first half path of the model. For employees who low perceived boundary control, work demand will decrease psychological detachment and further reduce the life satisfaction; But for employees who high perceived boundary control, work demand will increase psychological detachment and further improve the life satis- faction. The present study enlightened perceived boundary control as an important psychological resources, played an protector role on the recovery process and life satisfaction.
