“供给侧改革”思维下高校管理社会化的逻辑主线与框架结构研究

摘　　要：高校是为社会提供专业人才和科研成果的机构,应该借鉴供给侧改革思维,改进内部管理体制,优化组织管理布局,适应市场经济与现代化建设对高等教育的要求。目前我国高校管理社会化中存在一系列问题,要想推进高校管理社会化的供给侧改革,改变高校长期封闭的管理状态,应该把握政治、学术与市场三条逻辑主线,并且从管理结构、竞争机制等层面,设计高校管理社会化的框架结构,保障高校管理与社会发展步调一致。As institutions producing professionals and research fruits for society, colleges and universities should improve the internal management system, optimize the organization and management layout, and meet the requirements of the market economy and the modernization drive under the thinking of＂ supply-side reform＂. Presently there are a series of problems in the socialization of university man- agement in our country. In order to push forward the supply- side reform in the socialization of university management and change its closed state in a long term, the frame structure of university man- agement socialization should be designed on the levels of management structure and competition mechanism in the three main logical threads of politics, academy and market. University management should be kept in step with social development.
