摘  要:目的:探讨乳腺癌组织的动态增强磁共振(DCE-MRI)参数与癌细胞增殖及侵袭的相关性。方法:收集在我院进行手术治疗的乳腺肿块患者92例,根据病理检查结果将其分为乳腺腺瘤组52例、乳腺癌组40例。分析两组患者的乳房肿块DCE-MRI参数水平,对比肿瘤标本组织中增殖侵袭基因的mRNA表达量。进一步采用Pearson检验评估乳腺癌组织DCE-MRI参数水平与肿瘤恶性程度的内在联系。结果:乳腺癌组患者的DCE-MRI参数TTP水平低于乳腺腺瘤组患者,EER、SLOPE水平高于乳腺腺瘤组患者(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组肿瘤组织中增殖基因C6orf106、HMGB2、ETS-1、BRG1的mRNA表达量高于乳腺腺瘤组肿瘤组织,侵袭基因ADAM9、Ezrin、Nanog的mRNA表达量高于乳腺腺瘤组肿瘤组织,CRM197、EBP50的mRNA表达量低于乳腺腺瘤组肿瘤组织(P<0.05)。经Parson检验发现,乳腺癌肿瘤组织的DCE-MRI参数水平与肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭基因mRNA表达量直接相关。结论:乳腺癌组织存在DCE-MRI参数水平异常,且其异常程度与肿瘤细胞的恶性生物学行为直接相关。Objective:To study the dynamic enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)parameters of Breast cancer tissue and their relationship with cancer cell proliferation and invasion.Methods:A total of 92 cases of breast cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital during July 2012 to March 2016 were collected as research subject.According to the results of pathological examination,the patients were divided into breast adenoma group(n=52)and breast cancer group(n=40).Two group patients with breast tissue DCE-MRI parameters were analysed,proliferation and invasive genes mRNA expression were compared.Pearson test was used to evaluate the relationship between the DCE-MRI parameters and the malignant degree of breast cancer.Results:The DCE-MRI parameters of breast cancer patients such as TTP was lower than those in breast adenoma group,EER and SLOPE in breast cancer group were higher than those in breast adenoma group(P〈0.05).Expression of proliferation gene in tumor tissue such as C6orf106,HMGB2 l,ETS-1,BRG1 were higher in breast cancer group were higher than those in breast adenoma group,expression of invasion genes such as ADAM9,Ezrin,Nanog in breast cancer group were higher than those in breast adenoma group,CRM197、EBP50were lower than those in breast adenoma group(P〈0.05).The Parson test showed that the DCE-MRI parameters of breast cancer tissues were directly related to the expression of proliferation and invasion genes mRNA.Conclusions:There are abnormal levels of DCE-MRI in breast cancer tissues,and the abnormal degrees are directly related to the malignant biological behavior of tumor cells.
