“一带一路”战略背景下江苏省区域发展问题与对策研究

摘　　要：以"一带一路"等新一轮国家战略的实施为标志,国家战略发生了重大转向。新国家战略的实施将重塑我国社会经济活动及生产力组合方式,区域发展格局和地区间的博弈状况将出现较大变化。江苏作为"一带一路"与长江经济带的地理交汇区域,亟需全面对接国家战略,以获取新一轮区域发展机遇。在此背景下,本文深入分析当前国家战略的三大导向,剖析江苏省在区域发展上所面临的三大问题,从空间开发理念完善、争取新的国家战略支持、打造对接国家战略的重要协作区域与综合开发廊道三个方面,详细阐述"一带一路"背景下江苏突破当前区域发展困境的具体思路。A new round of national strategy,such as ＂the Belt and Road Initiatives＂,has implemented,which mark a significant shift taken place on national strategy.The implementation of new national strategy would be about to reshape social and economic activities and compound mode of productivity,meanwhile,regional development pattern and regional game situation would have a larger change.As the geographical intersection region of ＂the Belt and Road Initiatives＂ and ＂ Yangtze River economic belt＂,Jiangsu Province has an urgent need to docking ＂two belts and one road＂ comprehensively in order to obtain a new round of regional development opportunities.In this background,three major orientations of current national strategy have been analyzed deeply and three major issues in spatial development dissected.Then concrete ideas for Jiangsu Province to break though dilemma in spatial development have been explained from three aspects respectively,to perfect concept of spatial development,to fight for support of new national strategy and to forge important collaboration region and comprehensive development corridor to docking national strategy.
