摘　　要：在同济大学图书馆主办的"第三届新技术时代大学图书馆领导与管理创新"国际会议上,来自中国、美国及德国的图书馆界专家就新技术时代图书馆的发展问题进行了广泛交流与讨论,展望了图书馆的发展趋势,并分享了各馆的经验与未来规划。议题主要包括创新体验与学习支持、文献保障与共享、教学与科研支持、开放存取与研究数据管理、组织变革与馆员培养。文章对大会主旨报告的主要观点进行综述,以飨同行。The 3rd International Conference on Leadership and Innovative Management in Academic Li- braries in the Age of New Technology was held in Tongji Universtiy, on April 2017. The Conference at- tendees coming from US, Germany and China discuss the existing problems and development trends of li- braries, share practices and cases of various libraries and ideas of future plan. The topics included Innova- tive Experience and Learning Support, Collection Development and Resource Sharing, Teaching and Re- search Support, Library Administration, Organization and Librarians, and Open Access and Research Data Management.
