摘 要:目的比较骨挤压技术对种植体-骨界面结合强度的影响。方法选取成年杂种犬12只,建立松质骨挤压的动物模型,分别于其股骨髁处的松质骨内用敲击式柱状挤压器按照0,0.6,1.2,2.0 mm的挤压程度逐级挤压、植入48颗柱状种植体,在术后1,2,4,12周时取材,通过种植体推出试验测试种植体-骨界面的结合强度。结果松质骨经挤压植入种植体后,在1,2周2.0 mm挤压程度组的松质骨剪切强度明显高于0,0.6,1.2 mm组(P<0.05)。4周和12周各组之间剪切强度的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨挤压技术能够明显改善松质骨的生物力学特性,可能有益于提高种植体的初期稳定性。Objective To explore the effect of the squeezing technique on the bonding strength of the implant-bone interface. Methods Twelve adult mongrel dogs were chosen randomly to establish an animal model of squeezed cancellous bone. Forty-eight cylindrical implants were installed into the cancellous bone after it was prepared by knocking and squeezing technique according to different squeezing extent( 0,0. 6,1. 2 and 2. 0 mm). The samples were taken at 1,2,4,12 weeks after surgery respectively to measure the bongding strength of the implant-bone interface by the push-out test. Results After the cancellous bone was squeezed and implants were installed,the shear strength in 2. 0 mm group was significantly higher than in 0 mm group,0. 6 mm group and 1. 2 mm group at week 1 and 2( P〈0. 05). The shear strength showed no significant difference between groups at week 4,12( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion The biomechanical property of cancellous bone can be significantly improved by the squeezing technique,which is probably beneficial to obtain the primary stability of implants.
