三聚氰胺浸渍薄木饰面细木工板质量初探

摘　　要：初步研究了三聚氰胺浸渍橡木薄木及其饰面细木工板的生产工艺及性能,结果表明生产浸渍薄木饰面细木工板可行,其浸渍剥离、表面耐高温等表面性能较好,甲醛释放量符合标准要求,但是表面耐磨性能和表面胶合强度的均匀性有待改进。The manufaturing technology and performance of blockboard decorated with impregnated veneer were preliminary investigated. The results indicated that the production of impregnated veneer overlaid blockboard was feasible. The surface performances, including anti-peeling and high-temperature enduring, were improved and formaldehyde emission met the standard requirements. However, the surface abrasion resistance and uniformity of the surface bonding strength need to be improved.
