摘 要:借鉴生态系统理论,通过定义洗护生态系统概念及其结构模式,分析探讨了洗护生态系统的特征及应用价值,并以海尔生态系统为例进行探析,由此得出,置身于洗护生态系统,各企业可围绕用户需求共同创造价值,进而形成共生、互生、再生的利益共同体。研究结论可为服装洗护相关行业的理论研究与实践提供参考,以期有效促进洗涤生态链上洗涤剂、洗衣机、纺织品三大行业及其他利益相关方的协作发展。Based on the theory of ecosystem, the concepts of business ecosystem and structural pattern of washing and care are defined, and its features and application value are analyzed and discussed. By taking washing and care ecosystem of Haier as an example, it can be concluded that enterprises can create value together around the demand of customers in the washing and care ecosystem. And then a symbiotic, alternate, renewable community of interests was formed. The conclusion will provide reference for theoretical study and practice in relevant industry of washing and care to promote three industries of detergent, washing machines and textile of washing eco-chain mutual cooperation and development effectively.
