摘　　要：文章以医院开展义工活动为背景,借鉴国内外开展义工活动的成果,结合台州医院开展的义工活动实践中出现的问题,就如何提高、建立与健全义工管理体系进行探讨。The volunteer activity in hospital as the background, the article draw lessons from the achievements of domestic and international volunteer activities, combining with the problems in practice of volunteer activities in Taizhou Hospital, and ex- plore the establishment, improvement and construction of volunteer management system.
