摘　　要：通过对临床医学博士专业学位教育与专科医师规范化培训衔接项目(以下简称"临专项目")具体实践的回顾,总结了"临专项目"培养方案的3个结合,即临床医学博士专业学位研究生招生与专科医师招录相结合、临床医学博士专业学位研究生培养与专科医师规范化培训相结合、临床医学博士专业学位授予标准与专科医师考核标准相结合。进而探讨了"临专项目"管理考核体系的建立及招录计划所面临的问题。Based on a review of integrated training of professional degree in clinical medicine and specialist training project, it shows that the combination of school admission brochures for medicine doctors with the recruitment of specialists, the integrated training mode of professional degree in clinical medicine and specialist, the combination of assessment standard between professional degree and specialist are an effective way on clinical doctor training. Problems on assessment system and recruitment in integrated training mode of professional degree in clinical medicine and specialist are also discussed.
