摘　　要：医务志愿服务介入医院服务管理流程,在维护就医秩序、提升患者满意度、优化服务流程及发扬医学人文精神等方面起到重要作用。以北京大学国际医院"一站式全程辅助医疗服务模式"为理论背景,在收集国内外先进医务志愿服务经验的基础上,探索出符合国内特色的医务志愿服务模式。As the third party of the hospital, medical volunteer service plays an important and irreplaceable role in the maintenance of waiting order, the promotion of patient satisfaction, the optimization of service process and the development of medical humanistic spirit during the whole process of hospital service management. In this paper, one-stop whole process support service model in Peking University international hospital will be performed as the theoretical background, both domestic and foreign advanced medical volunteer service experience will also be collected and used to explore the suitable medical volunteer service mode with brightly Chinese characteristics.
