教育的哲学意蕴探寻——论范寿康的教育哲学思想

摘  要:范寿康是中国倡导教育哲学的第一人。其教育哲学思想主要体现在:其一,主张以教育与哲学互相隶属的方式来把握二者之间的关系,教育理论必须具有深刻的哲学观点,而哲学理论要靠教育去灌输。其二,认为教育学思想应该极富哲学意蕴,科学的教育学依赖于哲学,学科设置、教育方法和教育训练同样需要教育哲学。其三,提出对教育作哲学的理解是对教育的深化,也是教育哲学思想提升的展现。范寿康的教育哲学思想,为中国学者初步创建教育哲学学科奠定了基础。Fan Shoukang was the first person in China to advocate the philosophy of the education. His education phi- losophy is mainly embodied in his argument that the mutual affiliation of education and philosophy should be explored to as- certain the relationship between them, and that theory of education must have profound philosophical viewpoints, while philosophical theories should be disseminated through education. He also held that pedagogy thought should be highly philo- sophical, that the pedagogy of science depended on philosophy, and that the subject setting, education methods and educa- tion training required education philosophy as well. In addition, he maintained that the understanding of education was the deepening of education and the manifestation of the advancement of education philosophy. Fan Shoukang's philosophy of ed- ucation laid the foundation for the initial creation of education philosophy by Chinese scholars.
