摘 要:采用磁控溅射法在纺织纤维基材的表面沉积了Cu薄膜以及Cu/Al_2O_3复合薄膜。对总溅射时间相等条件下所制备的单面Cu薄膜和双面Cu薄膜纤维屏蔽材料的屏蔽效能进行了测试与分析,并对双面Cu薄膜和Cu/Al_2O_3复合薄膜的纤维屏蔽材料的抗氧化性能进行了测试对比。结果表明:双面Cu薄膜屏蔽材料的屏蔽效能要明显优于单面Cu薄膜屏蔽材料的屏蔽效能;将双面Cu薄膜和Cu/Al_2O_3复合薄膜的纤维屏蔽材料放置在相同室温环境中60d,双面Cu薄膜纤维屏蔽材料发生了严重的氧化;而Cu/Al_2O_3复合薄膜纤维屏蔽材料仅有轻微氧化,整体性能良好。Copper film and Cu/Al2O3 composite films deposited on the surface of textile fiber substrate by magnetron sputtering method. The shielding effectiveness of single and double copper fiber shielding material were tested and analyzed under the same coating time. The comparison of films was tested with respect to antioxidant property. Experimental results showed that electromagnetic shielding property of material with double copper film was obvious better than material with single copper film. Putting the double copper film and Cu/Al2O3 composite films in the same room temperature under 60 days,double film was serious oxidative.However,Cu/Al2O3 composite films was slight oxidative,the whole property was great.
