摘　　要：盐酸鲁拉西酮是一种新型的抗精神病药物。归纳了该原料药的合成方法,根据起始原料的光学纯度、中间体的不同可将合成路线分为三大类,并且对这三类方法进行了比较分析,总结出各自的优缺点,从而为该原料药的制备研究提供参考。Lurasidone hydrochloride is a new atypical antipsychotic.ln this work, synthetic methods of the medicine were summa- rized.These methods were categorized into three classes based on the optical purity of starting materials and intermediates in- volved.Also,the merits and disadvantages of these synthetic routes were discussed, and reference for preparation of the medicine was provided.
