摘  要:寄生虫病是危害人和动物的重要传染病之一,疫苗是防治该病传播、流行较为经济有效的手段。双歧杆菌是人和动物肠道内的一种重要益生菌,近年来,随着基因工程技术的发展,选择双歧杆菌作为载体传递系统,在细菌、病毒、肿瘤及寄生虫等领域构建了一系列重组双歧杆菌。作者就双歧杆菌介导的几种寄生虫基因工程疫苗的制备及免疫效果作一综述。Parasitosis is one of the most serious infectious diseases endangering human and animal health. Vaccination was an economic and effective measure in prevention and treatment of the disease. Bifidobacterium (Bb) is a kind of important probiotics in intestinal tract of human and other animals. In recent years, with the development of genetic engineering technology, Bb has been selected as a carrier delivery system to construct a series of recombinant Bb, such as in bacteria, viruses, parasites, tumor and other fields. In this review, we reported the preparation and immune effect of several kinds of Bb-mediated genetic engineering vaccines against parasites.
