镍钛丝结合后倾曲矫正中度双牙弓前突的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨镍钛丝结合后倾曲矫正中度双牙弓前突的临床分析。方法选取本院和张北县医院2012年1月至2016年1月恒牙列成人中度双牙弓前突患者50例作为研究对象，患者口腔卫生良好，且无牙周疾病。随机分为观察组与对照组各25例。观察组采用镍钛丝结合后倾曲矫治术，对照组采用多曲方丝弓矫治术。对两组中度双牙弓前突患者治疗后的临床效果进行比较分析。结果治疗后，观察组患者恢复咬舍的时间及矫治疗程明显短于对照组。观察组临床治疗效果、咀嚼情况评分，VSA评分均显著优于对照组。两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于中度双牙弓前突患者而言，使用镍钛丝结合后倾曲矫治术与多曲方丝弓矫治术相比，能够有效提高矫治成功率，缩短矫治时间，患者感觉舒服，痛苦小，安全系数高，效果显著，值得推广。Objective To study the nickel titanium wire combination backward curve correction moderate clinical analysis of double arch thrust forward. Methods Selecting and zhangbei county in our hospital between January 2012 and January 2016 column adult permanent teeth 50 patients with moderate double dental arch thrust forward as the research object, in patients with oral health is good,and no periodontal disease. Were randomly divided into observation group and control group（n= 25）. Observation group based on nickel titanium silk pour qu malocclusion,control group adopts different openbite malocclusion bow. On two groups of patients with moderate double dental arch thrust forward after treatment the clinical effect of comparative analysis. Results After treatment, the observation group of patients recovery time of occlusion and malocclusion treatment significantly shorter than the control group. Observe clinical therapeutic effect,chew score, VSA score were significantly better than the control group. Differences between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with moderate double dental arch thrust forward, using nickel titanium silk by leaning curve correction after compared with different openbite malocclusion bow technique can effectively improve the success rate of malocclusion, shorten the treatment time, patients feel comfortable, the pain is small, high safety coefficient, the effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
