摘 要:目的探讨以柯氏模型(Kirkpatrick’s Model)作为效果评价(Effectiveness Evaluation)的理论依据,对医院在护士分层级培训(Training),充分的为护士培训评价方案的设置提供借鉴和新思路。方法选择2015年10月至2016年2月期间本院和东莞市厚街医院在护士分层级培训班的86名临床护理人员,从柯氏4层级,即反应、学习、行为和结果4方面来观察评价在护士分层级培训后的效果。结果培训6个月后,柯氏评估模型在护士分层级培训后护理人员对培训创新性、患者护理质量、护理文书、护理安全及教师教学能力显著地高于培训前(t=108.2098、13.0494、14.6097、47.9295、58.9177,P〈0.05),柯氏模型培训后患者满意度、培训考核结果、护理管理满意度、护士专业理论及护士专业技能均高于培训前(t=26.2801、34.3507、9.9993、11.5269、9.9356,P〈0.05)。结论柯氏模型在护士分层级培训中,能够显著的提高护理人员对培训的满意度、自身能力和考核成绩;有效的提高了护士临床实践能力、临床思维以及教学能力。Objective To explore the Kirkpatrick's model as a theoretical basis of effectiveness evaluation, and to provide reference and new ideas for nurses hierarchical training evaluation scheme. Methods 86 clinical nursing staff undergoing nurses hierarchical training in our hospital and Houjie Hospital of Dongguan City from October 2015 to February 2016 were selected, observed the effect of nurses hierarchical training from four aspects including reaction, learning, behavior, and result of the Kirkpatrick's model. Results After 6 months of training, the Kirkpatrick's model showed that training innovativeness, the quality of patient care, nursing records, nursing safety of nursing staff, and teachers' teaching ability were significantly higher than those before training (t=-108.209 8, 13.049 4, 14.609 7, 47.929 5, 58.917 7; P〈0.05). After the training with the Kirkpatrick's model, patients' satisfaction, training results, nursing management satisfaction, nurses' professional theory, nurses' professional skills were higher than those before training (t=26.280 1, 34.350 7, 9.999 3, 11.526 9, 9.935 6; P〈0.05). Conclusion The Kirkpatrick's model can significantly improve the training satisfaction, self-ability, and assessment results of nurses in nurses hierarchical training, can effectively improve the clinical practice ability, clinical thinking and teaching ability of nurses.
