区域高校优秀教学资源共享体构建的行为演化研究

摘　　要：我国教育资源配置不合理,高校之间的教育资源存在较大差距,教学资源共享是优化教育资源配置、加快区域高校建设的重要手段。运用演化博弈理论构建了区域高校是否加入资源共享体模型和高校是否投入建设资源共享体的演化博弈模型,进一步分析了两个模型的行为演化影响因素。研究发现:高校对教学资源共享体的投入成本、获得期望收益以及对加入资源共享体后的"搭便车"行为的惩罚等都影响着区域高校优秀教学资源共享体构建的行为决策。Owing to the irrational allocation of educational resources in China, there is a big gap between the educational resources of colleges and universities, teaching resources sharing is to optimize the allocation of educational resources, accelerate the construction of regional colleges and universities. By using evolutionary game theory, this paper constructs the evolutionary game theory model of whether the regional universities join the resource sharing model and input fund in eth construction of resource sharing body and analyzes the influence factors of the behavior of the two models. It is found that the investment cost of the teaching resource sharing body, the ex- pected return and the punishment of the ＂free rider＂ behavior after the addition of the resource share, etc. affect the behavior decision.
