摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗的服药依从性和服药信念现状及两者的相关性。方法选取沈阳市某三级甲等医院乳腺癌术后并接受内分泌治疗第1年的237例患者,通过发放Morisky服药依从性问卷和BMQ服药信念问卷,对患者服药依从性与服药信念的现状进行描述性和多元回归分析。结果 237例患者的MMAS-8问卷平均(6.39±1.68)分,服药依从性为65%;BMQ量表平均(-0.02±4.394)分,服药信念呈中低水平;服药信念与服药依从性的影响强度呈正相关(r=0.457,P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗第1年服药依从性不佳,且与服药信念正相关;乳腺专科护士需要重点关注内分泌治疗人群的护理随访,以提高患者服药依从性。Objective To examine the status quo and relationships between medication adherence and beliefs regarding endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 273 patients were recruited from one tertiary hospital in Shenyang by convenience sampling method. They were investigated by using the Morisky medication adherence scale and brief medication questionnaire （BMQ） for medication adherence and beliefs about medicines. Results The mean 8-item medication adherence scale score was 6.39 ± 1.68, with 65% medication compliance, which was lower than the domestic and foreign literature levels. The mean BMQ score was -0.02 ± 4.394 points, given that the conviction was low. Medication beliefs in medication compliance impact strength was statistically significant （r = 0.457, P 〈 0.05 ）, with positive correlation. Conclusion The current status of medication adherence and beliefs regarding endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients was not satisfactory. Based on the ur- gent need to improve the compliance of endocrine therapy in patients with breast cancer in China, breast specialist nurses need to focus on the es- tablishment of a nursing follow-up program for endocrine therapy to improve patient compliance.
