香椿叶醇提取物对果蝇寿命及抗氧化作用的影响

摘　　要：以果蝇为实验模型研究香椿叶醇提取物对果蝇寿命及抗氧化的影响.将羽化10 h内未交配的雌雄果蝇分开并分别随机分组,饲喂不同质量分数的香椿叶醇提取物:0、0.1%、1%、10%、20%、没食子酸(GA)1%、维生素E(VE)1%,统计雌雄果蝇的平均寿命、半数死亡时间和最高寿命,检测雌雄果蝇蛋白质含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果显示:饲喂香椿叶醇提取物的雌雄果蝇平均寿命、半数死亡时间和最高寿命均得到延长,果蝇体内蛋白质含量和SOD活性提高,MDA含量降低,其效果在一定质量分数范围内与香椿叶醇提取物剂量存在依赖关系.因此,香椿叶醇提取物具有明显的抗氧化和延缓衰老的作用.The effects of Toona sinensis leaf alcohol extract（ TAE） were studied on Drosophila melanogaster lifespan and antioxidant activity. Unmated eclosed fruit flies were separated male and female and divided randomly into 6 groups,which were treated with different concentration（ 0,0. 1%,1%,10%,20%） of TAE and gallic acid（ GA） 1%,vitamin E（ VE） 1%. The average life span,half death time and maximum life span of the male and female flies were measured,and the protein content,superoxide dismutase（ SOD） activity and malondialdehyde（ MDA） content were detected. The results indicated that along with the increase of TAE doses,male and female fly＇s lifespan,half death time and the maximum lifespan were prolonged,and the protein content and the activity of SOD were increased,while the content of MDA decreased. Therefore the TAE has obvious antioxidant and anti-aging effect.
