摘 要:目的探讨口试考试在麻醉住院医师规范化培训中的应用及其对规培医师自学能力的促进作用。方法选择麻醉规范化培训住院医师40名,随机分为笔试考试组和口试考试组(n=20),培训期间,笔试考试组每月末进行笔试考试,口试考试组每月末进行口试考试。培训结束后两组医师统一考核,比较两组之间培训结束时理论考试成绩,临床思维能力及自学能力。结果口试考试组临床思维能力、自学能力明显优于笔试考试组(P<0.05),两组之间理论考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口试考试可提高麻醉规培医师的临床思维能力及自学能力。Objective To discuss the application of oral examination in the standardized training of anesthesia resident and its promoting effect on the self educated ability of regulated doctors. Methods The choice of anesthesia for the standardized training of resident physician 40 cases, they were randomly divided into test group and oral examination group(n=20), during the training, test group at the end of each month for the written examination, oral examination group at the end of each month for the oral examination. After the training, the two groups of doctors unified assessment, compare the theoretical test scores, clinical thinking ability and self-study ability between the two groups at the end of training. Results The clinical thinking ability and self-study ability of the oral examination group were obviously better than that of the written examination group(P〉0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical examination results(P〈0.05). Conclusion Oral examination can significantly improve the clinical thinking ability and self-study ability of the anesthesia specialist.
