摘 要:目的探讨适用于男科专业的临床继续医学教育的教学方法。方法将30名在北大人民医院泌尿外科学习的临床进修医师随机分为实验组和对照组,每组15人。实验组利用互联网和阴茎硬度模型,采用CBL+PBL相结合的方法教学,对照组用传统的课堂讲授法教学。并以理论和技能考试成绩评价教学效果。结果实验组的理论考试成绩优于对照组组[(96.1±2.01)分vs.(90.1±1.19)分],两组差异有统计学意义(t=7.34,P<0.05);技能考试成绩亦优于对照组([90.2±2.12)分vs.(86.8±2.24)分],差异有统计学意义(t=5.12,P<0.05)。结论新的继续医学教育方法可以加深进修医师对男科病的理解,有利于提高考试成绩和操作技能。Objective To explore the teaching methods of continuing medical education for male majors. Methods 30 clinical doctors who studied in Department of Urology of peking university people's hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group has 15 people. The experimental group used the Internet and the penis hardness model, and CBL+PBL was used as the teaching method. The control group was taught by the traditional classroom teaching method, and teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical and technical test results. Results The theoretical test scores of the experimental group were better than that of the control group [(96.1±2.01) vs. 90.1±1.19)], the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=7.34, P〈0.05); The result of skill test was also better than that of control group [(90.2±2.12) vs. 86.8±2.24)], the difference was statistically significant(t=5.12, P〈0.05). Conclusion The new method of continuing medical education can deepen the understanding of doctors for andrology, and improve the examination results and operation skills.
