摘  要:目的探讨临床路径教学法应用于呼吸内科实习带教的意义。方法选择医学生40名,随机分为实验组和对照组各20名。实验组采用临床路径教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学法进行带教。对两组实习结束后的理论知识考核成绩及对带教方法满意度进行调查。结果实验组的理论知识考核成绩、临床技能操作考核成绩和临床病例分析成绩及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科应用临床路径教学法进行教学,有助于提高临床带教质量和水平,提高实习生对临床带教方法的满意度。Objective To explore the significance of clinical pathway teaching method in practice teaching of respiratory medicine. Methods40 medical students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The experimental group was taught by the clinical pathway method, and the control group was taught by the traditional teaching method. Two groups of practice after the end of the theoretical knowledge, assessment results and satisfaction with teaching methods were investigated. Results The theoretical knowledge, assessment results, clinical skills, operation examination scores and clinical case analysis scores and satisfaction degree of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical pathway teaching method in respiratory medicine can help to improve the quality and level of clinical teaching and improve the satisfaction of interns in clinical teaching methods.
