白内障手术中晶状体后囊膜破裂的相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的分析白内障患者术中出现晶状体后囊膜破裂问题的因素。方法从2012年2月—2016年6月入院实施小切口ECCE+IOL植入方案的患者中,抽取出现晶状体后囊膜破裂问题的38例作分析组,同期选取38例无晶状体后囊膜破裂问题发生的作常规组,总结破裂因素。结果分析组38例中有12例视力水平超过0.6,常规组有19例(P<0.05)。同时,2组玻璃体组织积血情况、Emery核的分级情况、植入人工晶体情况、术前视力水平以及并发高血压症状等同样有差异(P<0.05),其中玻璃体组织积血以及术前视力水平等为危险因素(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体组织积血问题、术前视力水平过低等都可能使白内障患者晶状体后囊膜组织出现破裂问题。Objective Analysis of factors of rupture of posterior lens capsule in cataract patients. Methods From February 2012 to June 2016 were performed small incision placement of ECCE＋IOL patients, extract analysis group of 38 cases of posterior capsular rupture, selected 38 cases without posterior capsular rupture as the conventional group problems, summed up the causes of rupture. Results 38 cases in the analysis group, 12 cases had visual acuity over 0.6, and 19 cases in the routine group（P〈0.05）. At the same time, the 2 groups of vitreous tissue blood accumulation, Emery nuclear classification, intraocular lens implantation, preoperative visual acuity and complications of hypertension were also different（P〈0.05）, among them, vitreous tissue, blood accumulation and preoperative visual acuity were risk factors（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vitreous body tissue hematocele, preoperative visual acuity level is too low and so may make cataract patients with posterior capsular rupture of tissue.
