摘 要:目的研究飞秒激光与机械角膜刀制瓣LASIK术后视觉质量的效果。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年10月—2016年10月在我院进行LASIK术治疗的患者,将300例患者计算机随机分为2组,150例每组。实施机械角膜刀制瓣(对照组),采用飞秒激光制瓣(观察组)。对比两组行LASIK术患者的裸眼视力和角膜瓣厚度。结果观察组行LASIK术患者的裸眼视力同对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对比角膜瓣厚度,观察组更薄(P<0.05)。结论飞秒激光与机械角膜刀制瓣LASIK术后的裸眼视力相近,但飞秒激光更有利于角膜瓣的制作,具有较好的视觉质量。Objective To investigate the effect of femtosecond laser and mechanical corneal knife on visual quality after LASIK. Methods The subjects of this study were patients who underwent LASIK treatment in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016, and 300 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 150 patients in each group. The mechanical corneal knife flap(control group) was performed by femtosecond laser valve(observation group). The uncorrected visual acuity and corneal flap thickness were compared between two groups of patients undergoing LASIK. Results The uncorrected visual acuity of the observation grouptreated with LASIK showed no significant difference compared with the control group(P〉0.05),compared with corneal flap thickness, the observation group was thinner(P〈0.05). Conclusion Naked eye vision is similar to that after femtosecond laser and mechanical corneal knife LASIK, but femtosecond laser is more advantageous to the fabrication of corneal flap, and has better visual quality.
