清脑止痛胶囊治疗普通型偏头痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察清脑止痛胶囊治疗普通型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将2015年4月—2016年4月收治的90例普通型偏头痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各45例,对照组患者使用养血清脑颗粒治疗,治疗组患者应用清脑止痛胶囊治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率,并比较治疗后两组的血清血清载脂蛋白(LPA)、血清细胞因子(TNF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)等血清指标以及人脑中动脉平均血流速度和搏动指数变化。结果治疗组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,且治疗组脑部血流速度及血管炎症等指标优于对照组,P<0.05。结论应用清脑止痛胶囊治疗普通型偏头痛可有效改善患者的症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of qingnao zhitong capsule in treating migraine. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 90 patients with migraine were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each with 45 cases, control group were treated with Yangxue granule, and the observation group was treated with qingnao zhitong capsule, treatment of the two groups were compared with the efficiency, and compare the two groups after treatment the serum apolipoprotein（LPA）, serum cytokines（TNF） and C reactive protein（CRP） and procalcitonin（PCT） change of serum index and brain artery mean blood flow velocity and pulsatility index. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in treatment group was higher than that in control group, and the index of cerebral blood flow velocity and vasculitis in treatment group was better than that in control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The treatment of migraine by clearing away the brain and relieving pain capsule can effectively improve the symptoms of patients.
