摘  要:该文为了改善传统液位测量方法检测速度慢、测量范围相对受限以及对测量介质性质要求较高等问题,设计了一套基于机器视觉技术的动态液位图像检测及快速稳定控制系统,以提高不易介入测量的液体液位检测与控制的能力。该系统由照明和成像系统、CCD摄像、1411图像采集卡和IMAQ处理软件等几部分组成,以Lab VIEW为操作平台,利用IN IMAQ Vision Builder软件提供的强大的图像处理技术测量液位数值,采用数字PID控制算法完成动态液位的采集与控制。试验结果表明,该系统具有测量准确率高、运行稳定、控制稳定速度快等优点。The traditional level measurement method has the problems of slow detection speed ,relatively limited mea- surement range and high requirement of measuring medium. In order to improve these problems,a dynamic liquid level image detection and rapid stable control system based on machine vision technology is designed. It can improve the ability to easily detect and control the liquid level of the measurement. The system consists of illumination and imaging system,CCD camera,1411 image acquisition card and IMAQ processing software and other components. It uses LabVIEW as the operating platform,uses the powerful image processing technology of IN IMAQ Vision Builder software to measure the liquid level value,and uses the digital PID control algorithm to complete the dynamic liquid level acquisition and control. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of high measurement accuracy ,stable running,stable control speed and so on.
