回肠膀胱术在中老年宫颈癌尿路梗阻患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察回肠膀胱术在中老年宫颈癌尿路梗阻患者治疗中的应用效果,以探讨宫颈癌导致输尿管梗阻并肾功能不全的有效治疗方法。方法对19例老年晚期宫颈癌所致肾后性梗阻肾功能不全患者的治疗进行回顾性分析,均行回肠膀胱术,对术后肾功能改善情况进行评价。结果 19例患者在术后1周内肾功均逐渐改善并稳定,其中有12例肾功恢复至正常水平,其余患者血肌酐下降至术前1/2水平并稳定。结论回肠膀胱术应用于老年宫颈癌尿路梗阻患者,能有效解除输尿管梗阻,术后均获得良好效果,且无明显并发症发生,可作为解除输尿管梗阻的方案。Objective To observe the effect of Bricker operation in the treatment of middle-aged patients with urinary tract obstruction caused by cervical cancer so as to explore the effective treatment of ureteral obstruction complicated with renal dysfunction caused by cervical cancer.Methods The treatment of renal dysfunction with postrenal obstruction caused by latestage cervical carcinoma in 19 middle-aged patients was retrospectively analyzed and evaluation was made to the improvement in renal function after Bricker operation.Results The renal function of the 19 patients was gradually improved and kept steady in the week after operation;the renal function of 12 cases restored to normal while the serum creatinine of other patients dropped down for 50%and was kept steady.Conclusions The application of Bricker operation in patients with urinary tract obstruction caused by cervical cancer is effective in removing ureteral obstruction with no occurrence of complications.
