种痘样水疱病样皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,6岁。全身丘疹、水疱、结痂,浅表淋巴结肿大。皮损组织病理示:真皮血管及附属器周围弥漫淋巴样细胞,有异型性;免疫组化肿瘤细胞表达CD3,CD4,CD8,CD45RO,TIA-1;原位杂交:EBER(+)。患者经强的松、干扰素、阿昔洛韦治疗病情缓解。复习近年国内外相关文献,尚无统一治疗方案。A case of hydroa vacciniforme-like cutaneous T-cell lymphoma is reported.The patient presented with papules, blisters,crusts and enlargement of superficial lymph nodes.Histopathological examination showed perivascular and periappendicular infiltration of atypical lymphocytes in the dermis. The atypical cells were positive for CD3,CD4,CD8,CD45RO and TIA-1. EBER showed ISH positive. Treatments with prednisone, interferon and acyclovir improved the lesions. According to literatures, there is no uniform therapeutic regimen for this disease.
