摘　　要：目的研究阿胶颗粒的工业化生产工艺。方法采用单因素筛选法确定真空微波膨化技术参数,采用真空微波膨化阿胶制得阿胶粉;通过随机筛选法确定辅料种类和用量;采用正交试验法确定制粒参数。结果最佳工艺条件为阿胶块厚度5 mm以下,微波加热时间为5 min;阿胶细粉、交联聚维酮、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、硬脂酸镁比例为1 000∶50∶20∶1,干法轧辊压力为60 kgf/cm^2,送粉速度20 r/min,轧轮转速为10 r/min。结论该研究结果可为规模化生产提供依据。Objective To study the industrialized production process of Colla Corii Asini Granules. Methods The technical parameters of microwave puffing were determined by the factor selection method, and the Colla Corii Asini power was made by extruding Colla Corii Asini power, the types and dosage of excipients were determined by random screening method, the granulating parameters were determined by orthogonal test. Results The optimum conditions were as follows： the thickness of gelatin was less than 5 mm and the microwave heating time was 5 min. The formulation was Colla Corii Asini powder： the ratio of PVPP ∶ CCMC-Na ∶ Mg St was 1 000 ∶ 50 ∶ 20 ∶ 1,the dry roll pressure of the dry roll was 60 kgf/cm^2,the powder feeding speed was 20 r/min and the rotation speed was 10 r/min.Conclusion The results provide a basis for large-scale production.
