腹腔镜结肠癌根治术和开腹结肠癌根治术治疗结肠癌的效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌患者应用腹腔镜结肠癌根治术与传统开腹结肠癌根治术临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年12月—2015年6月收治的82例结肠癌患者作为研究,随机分组,对照组实施传统开腹结肠癌根治术,研究组患者采取腹腔镜结肠癌根治术,对比分析两组临床各项指标与并发症发生率。结果研究组手术中出血量(111.52±3.21)ml,少于对照组的(119.58±2.84)ml,术后完毕至肛门排气时间(4.11±1.23)h,少于对照组的(6.89±2.19)h,住院时间(6.32±1.20)d,低于对照组的(10.29±2.02)d;研究组患者并发症发生率为4.88%低于对照组(21.92%),两组差异具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗结肠癌临床效果较为明显,有效降低患者术后并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radical resection of laparoscopic colorectal cancer and radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods 82 patients with colorectal cancer were enrolled in our hospital from December 2013 to June 2015. Patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traditional open colorectal cancer radical resection. The patients in the study group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer treatment, clinical indicators and the incidence of complications of the two groups were comparative analysed. Results The amount of bleeding during operation in study group was （111.52±3.21）ml, significantly less than the control group[ （119.58±2.84） ml], completion of postoperative anal exhaust time in study group was （4.11±1.23） h, less than the control group [（6.89±2.19） h], length of hospital stay was （6.32±1.20） d in study group, significantly lower than control group[ （0.29±2.02） d]. The complication rate was 4.88% in study group, significantly lower than the control group （21.92%）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer is obvious, which can effectively reduce the complication rate of patients after surgery.
