摘  要:目的:探讨本实验中高脂饲料对血脂的影响及饲料组分的具体作用。方法:将55只巴马小型猪分为两组,正常组5只,手术组50只。正常组予基础饲料喂饲,手术组予高脂喂饲,实验周期为48周。手术组于第2周行冠状动脉机械损伤术,各组于第24、28、36、48周分别测定血脂水平变化。结果:因手术组分为模型组和药物干预组,故仅对正常组和模型组进行统计,以便观察高脂喂饲对血脂的影响。第24、28、36、48周时,模型组TC、TG、LDL-C、ox-LDL水平明显高于正常组,统计学差异显著(P<0.01);模型组HDL-C水平在第24周明显高于正常组,统计学差异显著(P<0.01);随后逐渐呈下降趋势但仍高于正常组,在28、36周时两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),48周时两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本实验采用的高脂饲料能够在短时间内造成小型猪的高脂血症,促进冠状动脉粥样硬化的形成。Objective:To research the effect of high-fat diet on blood lipid in the experiment and the specific function of fodder components.Methods:Fifty-five pigs were randomly assigned to the blank group(n=5) and operation group(n=50).They were fed with regular diet and high-fat diet respectively.At the 2 nd week,pigs of operation group were conducted with balloon abrasion of the coronary artery.At the 24 th,28 th,36 th and 48 th week,observe the blood lipid level of each group.Result:Only blank group and model group(one of the operation group) were counted in this article to easily observe the effect of high-fat diet on blood lipid.Because the other five groups of operation groups underwent drug intervention since the 24 th week.At the 24 th,28th,36 th and 48 th week,TC,TG,LDL-C and ox-LDL levels of model group were higher than those of the normal group with significantly difference(P〈0.01).HDL-C level increased at first and then decreased.Two groups were significantly difference at the 24 th(P〈0.01),28 th(P〈0.01) and 36 th(P〈0.05) week,and there was no statistical difference at the 48 th week.Conclusion:The high-fat diet in this experiment could cause hyperlipidemia of minipig within a short time to accelerate the development of coronary atherosclerosis.
