科技兴农与农民技术教育——以Y市X镇为例

摘　　要：科技兴农是实现农业现代化的必由之路,而农民技术教育是科技兴农的重要抓手。通过考察Y市X镇农民技术教育实践,发现该地区农民技术教育尚处重启初期,新成立的农民夜校承担着农民技术教育职责,此前农民技术教育长时间处于缺失状态,农民几乎没有获取农业科学技术的有效途径,使得农业生产以经验主义为主。当前农民技术教育面临着供给主体有限、教学形式单一、教学内容与需求脱节以及教学内容转化效果差等现实问题。要消解这些问题,须以政府主导的多元主体合作供给农民技术教育,以现场教学和电视专栏丰富农民技术教育形式,以登记和电话热线反馈农业科学技术现实需求和以实名指派到村落实农民技术教育内容的转化。Prospering by scientific technology is the gateway of agricultural modernization, and the technical education for farmers is vital and significant. Observing the practice of X county in the Y city, the reality is revealed that the work of technical education for farmers is in the initial phase. The new farmers night school is responsible for technical education. Previously, without the technical education, farmers had not had the approach of acquiring scientific technology. Hence, agricultural industry depends on empiricism in large degree. The farmers technical education are facing some problems at present, including limited supply, single teaching form, out of demand and poor effects. Therefore, some measures are supposed as the follows： the technical education should be supplied by multiple bodies based on government running; field teaching and TV column should be applied to enrich the form of technical education; realize the transformation of farmer technical education contents by the registration and phone hotline.
