摘　　要：英国BTEC是当前国际上具有一定影响力的职教模式,它的成功运行对英国社会产生了深远影响,不仅使英国普通大众有了接受高等教育的机会,而且为企业培养了大批高素质技术人才,并促进了英国职业教育的国际化发展。BTEC在发展过程中也存在一定的不足之处,如忽视了理论知识的完整性及学生品质和精神的培养。但在新的形势下,BTEC不断改革和完善,重视理论知识的学习和学生人文精神的培养,加强产学合作,开展各种活动奖励和推广,从而使BTEC呈现出新的发展趋势。The BTEC is one of influencing models of vocational education in the world, and its successful operation has profound impacts on British society, not only the British common people have the opportunity to accept higher education, but also trained a large number of high-quality technical talents for the enterprises, and promote the international development of British vocational education. BTEC also has some shortcomings in the development process, such as neglecting the integrity of theoretic knowledge and the cultivation of students＇ quality and spirit. But in the new situation, BTEC continue to reform and improve, pay attention to the learning of theoretic knowledge and students＇ humanistic spirit, strengthen the integration of production and education cooperation, carry out various activities to reward and promotion, so that the BTEC presents new development trends.
