摘　　要：[目的]探讨上海市原卢湾区2004~2011年间膀胱癌的发病和死亡情况。[方法]系统整理2004年1月至2011年12月上海市肿瘤登记报告中原卢湾区户籍人群膀胱癌的发病和死亡资料并进行统计分析,计算膀胱癌发病率及死亡率,并用2000年全国第5次人口普查的标准人口年龄构成进行标化。应用年均变化百分率对发病率和死亡率进行趋势分析。[结果]上海市原卢湾区2004~2011年间共报告膀胱癌新发病例282例,占同期全区恶性肿瘤的2.71%。膀胱癌发病率居男性泌尿及生殖系统恶性肿瘤的第2位。男性标化发病率明显高于女性(U=128.67,P<0.01)。死亡病例共150例。男性标化死亡率明显高于女性(U=102.83,P<0.01)。2004~2011年膀胱癌发病率和死亡率均有一定波动。[结论 ]2004~2011年间上海市原卢湾区户籍人群膀胱癌男性发病率和死亡率均高于女性。年龄和性别是影响膀胱癌发病率差异的主要因素。应深入研究膀胱癌的发生与发展机制,寻找有效的预防和治疗措施。[Purpose] To analyze the incidence and mortality of bladder cancer among residents in Luwan District of Shanghai from January 2004 to December 2011. [Methods] The data of bladder cancer in permanent residents of Luwan District were collected from the database of cancer registration and management system in Shanghai. The incidence and mortality of bladder cancer were calculated. The rates were standardized according to the Fifth Nationwide Census in 2000. The temporal trend in the incidence and mortality of bladder cancer was assessed using annual percent change（APC） model. [Results] Two hundred eighty two cases of bladder cancer were diagnosed in Luwan District from January 2004 to December 2011,accounting for 2.71% of the all cancer cases.Bladder cancer was the second most common urogenital malignant tumors in males. The standardized incidence rate was significantly higher in males than that in females（U=128.67,P〈0.01）. A total of 150 cases died of bladder cancer during this period. The standardized mortality rate was significantly higher in males than that in females（U=102.83,P〈0.01）. There were some fluctuations of both the incidence and mortality rates of bladder cancer from 2004 to 2011. [Conclusion] Both the incidence and mortality rates of bladder cancer are higher in males than those in females in Luwan district of Shanghai during 2004-2011. Age and gender are two main risk factors affecting bladder cancer occurrence.
