温州外贸人才培养途径调查与分析

摘　　要：温州外贸企业发展历史不长,有关外贸人才的研究尚处初步探索阶段。通过对温州外贸人才培养途径的调查分析,结果表明,温州外贸人才培养途径单一,提升途径缺乏,与温州企业转型升级对人才需求存在一定差距。为促进温州外贸人才发展,应从企业层面与高校层面进行两者联合培养。The research on the foreign trade talents is still on the beginning stage with the short development of foreign trade enterprises in Wenzhou. The results show that there is a certain gap between the transformation and upgrading of Wenzhou enterprises and talents demand because of the single cultivating way and scarcity of promoting ways of foreign trade talents in Wenzhou. This paper discusses an united cultivating way from two levels of enterprise and higher educational college to promote the development of Wenzhou foreign trade talents.
