摘  要:链传动是一种结构较为紧凑、可靠性高且使用方便的机械传动。因链条是一个挠性体,在传动的过程中,多边形效应和啮合冲击是产生动载和振动的根本原因,也是比较抽象和难理解的现象,以链传动运动学原理和多刚体动力学为理论基础,运用Recur Dyn软件,对链传动的多边形效应和啮合冲击进行了模拟分析,形象直观地表达出传动过程中链条的链速的不均匀性及跳动效应。对链传动的整机仿真及机构优化分析提供了合适的虚拟样机模型,并且对关于链传动的产品改进与开发具有一定的指导和参考价值。Chain drive is a convenient mechanical transmission for use,which has such characteristics as compact structure and high reliability.Chain is a flexible body.In the course of transmission,the polygon effect and the meshing impact are the fundamental reason to produce dynamic loadand vibration,meanwhile,this process is abstract and difficult to be understood.With chain drive kinematic theory and multi-rigid-body dynamics as the theoretical basis,the polygon effect and the meshing impact were simulatedby using Recur Dyn software,which visually showedthe inhomogeneity of the chain speedand the beating effect of the chain drive.It provides the right virtual prototyping model for the whole machine simulation and mechanism optimization analysis about chain transmission,and it has some guidance and reference value for the development and improvement of products about chain drive.
