伴面部肿胀结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤1例报告及文献复习

摘　　要：结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤是一种罕见并具有高度侵袭性的非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin lymphoma,NHL),好发于鼻部,亦可波及皮肤、肾脏、胃肠道等。原发于皮肤的结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤临床表现无特异性,病理学检查瘤细胞呈弥漫性浸润,具有特异的免疫组织化学表现,且与EB病毒高度相关。本文报告1例原发于皮肤并以面部肿胀为首发症状的结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤病例,对其临床表现、病理学特点、治疗及预后进行讨论。Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma （ENKTCL） is a rare, highly invasive type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This tumor often occurs in nasal region, while skin, kidney, gastrointestinal tract are also involved. Originating from skin, ENKTCL had atypical clinical manifestation. Histopathology shows widespread infiltration of tumor ceils and highly correlate with Epstein Barr （EB） virus with specific immunohistochemical expression. This paper reported one case with primary symptoms of skin and facial swelling as starting knot of NK/T cell lymphoma, the clinical manifestation, pathological characteristics, treatment and prognosis were discussed.
