摘　　要：原发性肝癌的死亡率在恶性肿瘤死因中位居第3,患者的预后很差。涵盖外科、局部消融、肝动脉化疗栓塞、放疗、分子靶向和免疫治疗等的规范化多学科综合治疗是当前肝癌的主要治疗模式。本文概要介绍肝癌的内科治疗研究进展。Primary liver cancer is the third most common cancer for mortality worldwide and has a poor prognosis. The multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment covering surgery, chemoembolization, local ablation, radiotherapy, molecular targeted therapy, immunotherapy and Chinese medicine has been applied in liver cancer management. This review briefly overviews the current progress in the non-surgical treatment of primary liver cancer.
