摘　　要：除对少数恶性肿瘤肝转移(如结直肠癌肝转移)的治疗已初步形成规范外,绝大多数恶性肿瘤肝转移目前仍无广为认可的治疗指南。但随着各种治疗手段的进步及综合应用,使很多原来预后极差的恶性肿瘤肝转移患者的生存期得到一定延长。本文概要介绍恶性肿瘤肝转移的治疗进展。There are no widely-accepted guidelines for the treatment of most of the metastatic liver cancers except the few such as colorectal liver metastases. However, the survival period of many patients with malignant liver metastases and originally poor prognosis can be extended with the progress of various treatment methods and their integrated application. This article reviews the progress in the treatment of metastatic liver cancers.
