摘 要:从知识生态视角,图书馆学科服务团队知识共享过程包括知识、知识共享主体、知识共享环境、知识共享技术4个组成要素。借鉴计划行为理论模型提出新媒体环境下高校图书馆学科服务团队知识共享影响因素概念模型。通过调查问卷搜集数据,运用结构方程模型方法对研究假设实证检验。新媒体环境下图书馆学科服务团队共享知识的可及性、时效性、丰富性及其质量因素显著正向影响知识共享意向;图书馆学科服务团队知识共享主体的利他主义、自我效能以及互惠因素显著正向影响知识共享意向;图书馆学科服务团队知识共享的信任环境、文化氛围、激励制度因素显著正向影响知识共享意向。图书馆学科服务团队知识共享过程中运用知识共享技术的易用性、可靠性以及新媒体平台流畅性等因素直接显著正向影响知识共享行为。From the perspective of knowledge ecology,the knowledge sharing process of library service team includes 4components: knowledge,the main bady of knowledge sharing,knowledge sharing enviornment and knowledge sharing technology. Theoretical model of influencing factors of knowledge sharing in library discipline service team under the new media environment was proposed based on the theory of planned behavior. The data were collected by questionnaire,and the structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. The availability,timeliness,richness and quality of the library subject service team knowledge sharing under the new media environment have a positive impact on the knowledge sharing intension; knowledge sharing subject altruism,self-efficacy and reciprocity have a positive impact on the library subject service team knowledge sharing intention; trust environment,cultural atmosphere,and the incentive system have a positive impact on the library subject service team knowledge sharing intention. The ease of use and reliability of the knowledge sharing technology and the fluency of the new media platform have a positive impact on the knowledge sharing behavior of the library service team.
