创新创业视域下高校成人教育“三型人才”培养路径探究

摘　　要：随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展,高校成人教育面临着招生数量萎缩、教学质量下滑和社会认可度低等一系列问题,培养具有创新意识和创业能力的新型成人学生是推动成人教育发展的新出路。基于此,通过对创新创业视域下高校成人教育现状和问题分析,提出创新型、创业型和落地型"三型人才"模式,该模式根据成人学生学制特点和职业需求分类细化培养其创新创业意识、动手能力和扎根精神。实现了成人学生按需选择、按需求学和按需实践,为进一步加快高校成人教育工作探索了新路径。With the vigorous development of China＇s education, higher adult education are facing a series of problems of reduce enrollment scale, declining education quality and low social recognition. Cultivating new adult students with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability is a new way to promote the development of adult education. Based on this, through the analysis of the status and problems of adult education in the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurial, this passage puts forward the innovative, entrepreneurial and grounding types of ＂three types of talents＂ model according to the educational characteristics and professional needs of adult education. This model refines and develops their consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship, ability of practical and spirit of ground. Adult students have realized the on-demand choice, on-demand study and on-demand practice, and explored a new path for further accelerate the work of higher adult education.
