摘　　要：以数学建模竞赛为载体,探讨了融合建模思想的土建类研究生课程教学改革方法和研究生创新团队的构建途径,有利于学生建模能力的快速培养,同时以参赛为契机,建立了一套培训—竞赛—指导—反馈为核心体系的学习型创新团队培养模式。Mathematical modeling contest is used as the carrier to probe into the teaching reform of the graduate course of civil engineering and the way to construct the innovative team of graduate students,it is helpful for the students to cultivate the ability of modeling to properly design.At the same time,taking the competition as an opportunity,this paper sets up a set of training,competition,guidance and feedback as the core system for the training of innovative team.
