医-护-社工一体化模式在肿瘤患者人文关怀中的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨在医-护-社工三方一体化合作模式下为肿瘤患者实施人文关怀的效果。方法医护人员为患者提供躯体化治疗,同时与医务社工一起制定和实施人文关怀内容,共同开展小组工作、个案工作和主题活动,为患者提供社会、经济、心理等服务。结果小组工作开展34次,直接服务人数448人;个案工作开展66次,直接服务人数73人;主题活动开展9次,直接服务人数548人。分别访谈10名护士、5名医生、10例患者、5名家属、4名社工,均对社工工作持正面态度。结论通过建立医、护与医务社工三方的合作模式,在为患者提供躯体治疗的同时,也关注患者的心理、社会方面的问题,可弥补单纯医学模式的不足之处,为患者实施更全面的人文关怀。Objective To explore the effect of hods Besides medical therapy targeted to trea services for patients, including group based, chological aspects. Results We conducted 34 physician nurse-social worker collaborative human caring in oncology patients. Met- t cancer, healthcare personnel cooperated with social workers to provide human caring case-based, and theme-based activities concerning patients＇social, economic, and psy- counts of group-based activity with 448 direct service recipients, 66 counts of case- based activity for 73 direct service recipients, and 9 counts of theme-based activity for 548 direct service recipients. Ten nurses, 5 physicians, 10 patients, 5 family members, and 4 social workers were interviewed respectively and all of them acknowledged social workers＇ work. Conclusion Physician nurse social worker collaborative model not only provides medical therapy, but also focuses on patients＇psychological and social problems, thus to implement holistic care.
