马铃薯试管薯贮藏方法研究

摘　　要：以宁薯14号试管薯为材料,将试管薯分装在藤条筐、保鲜盒、纸盒和筛网袋中,分别贮藏于冰箱、恒温箱和保鲜柜中,研究12种贮藏方法对试管薯出苗率、贮藏损失率和块茎鲜重损失率影响。结果表明,冰箱保鲜盒贮藏试管薯的贮藏损失率和块茎鲜重损失率最小,保鲜柜藤条筐贮藏试管薯出苗率最高。综合试管薯贮藏损失率、块茎鲜重损失率和试管薯出苗率3个指标,保鲜柜藤条筐处理贮藏效果最佳。Tube potato ＂Ningshu＂ No.14 was used in this paper as experimental material. The tubes were put into rattan box,carton, fresh box and screen bag; each was then kept into refrigerator, incubator and fresh-keeping cabinet to study the effect of 12 storage methods on emergence rate, storage loss and tuber weight loss rate. Results indicated that storage loss and tuber weight loss rate in fresh box in refrigerator were the lowest, and emergence rate in rattan box in incubator was the highest. Considering emergence rate, storage loss and tuber weight loss rate, it was concluded that incubator plus rattan box had the best storage effect.
