摘　　要：基于校企合作的毕业实习和毕业设计模式是培养材料成型及控制工程专业人才的重要环节。文章从实施学生顶岗实习制度、打造一支专兼结合具有工程实践背景的指导教师队伍、建立真题真做的双导师制毕业设计体系等方面进行了研究,以期提升学生工程实践能力,实现学生自学校到企业的无缝对接,达成应用型高级工程技术人才培养目标。The graduation practice and project model based on school enterprise cooperation was an important link to train talents in material forming and control engineering.This paper studies from the implementation of student post-taken practice sys- tem,building a full-time and part-time instructor team with engineering background and the establishment of double-tutor gradu-ation project system of real topics and well-done experiments.All these measures enhance students＇ engineering practice ability and realize the smooth employment of the graduates byenterprises. Finally,the training target of applied advanced engineering and technical personnel is reached.
