摘 要:分析双金属复合板矫直过程的截面弯曲特性,建立双金属复合板任意加卸载时的弯矩-曲率关系.对矫直过程的板材进行划分,弹性矫直区间段根据弹性加载的弯矩-曲率关系积分求解曲率变化量积分值,弹塑性矫直区间段按曲率差值等分离散后求解曲率变化量积分值,建立双金属复合板曲率积分解析模型.解析了钢-铝复合板辊式矫直过程,与单一材料板材的矫直过程进行对比.结果表明,钢-铝复合板在矫直过程中会出现中性层偏移.矫后钢-铝复合板基层残余应力较小而覆层发生反向屈服.反向屈服会削弱复合板的回弹,且具有累积效应.Section bending properties of bimetal composite plate during leveling were analyzed and momen-- curvature relationship under arbitrary loading and unloading was built. Plate was divided during leveling, For the elastic leveling region, the integral value of the curvature change was solved based on the momen-- curvature relationship of elastic loading; For the elastic-plastic leveling region,the integral value of the curvature change was solved by discrete curvature according to the equally curvature difference. Then bimetal composite plate curvature integration model was constructed. Steel clad aluminum composite plate's roller leveling process was analyzed and compared with the single material plate roller leveling process. Results show that there is neutral layer migration during steel clad aluminum composite plate roller leveling process. The residual stress of the base layer of the composite plate is small and the clad layer happen reverse yield after leveling. The reverse yield can weaken the rebound of the composite plate and has a cumulative effect.
