摘　　要：科技创业环境在本质的意义上是一种制度环境。制度环境由规范、认知和规制的制度3个维度组成。选取科技创业的政策知晓率、个人科研工作者的创业意愿和社会公众关注度为3个主要指标,采用聚类分析等研究方法对我国27个省区科技创业制度环境进行研究分析,阐述科技创业环境在不同区域的差异,科技创业制度环境中哪些维度对科技创业的影响更明显,对不同省区有哪些不同程度的影响,最后给出优化区域创业环境的对策建议。Science and technology entrepreneurship environment is a kind of institutional environment in essence which consists of three dimensions ： the system of norms,cognition and regulatory system. From three indicators of the policy awareness rate of technolo-gy entrepreneurship,the entrepreneurial willingness of individual research workers and the public concerns,this paper applies cluste-ring analysis and other research methods to analyze institutional environment of science and technology entrepreneurship environment in 27 provinces and regions of China. The paper will set forth in the differences in different regions affected by science and technology en-trepreneurship environment, find out which dimension will more greatly affect science and technology entrepreneurship,find out how these dimensions affect different regions. Finally,this paper will put forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the regional entrepreneurial environment.
