重症肌无力患者外周血IL-27的检测及其激素治疗敏感性的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重症肌无力患者外周血白介素27(IL-27)的检测及其激素治疗的敏感性。方法选取我院诊治的重症肌无力患者72例为研究对象,遵照随机抽签原则予以分组,对照组(n=36)接受常规治疗,研究组(n=36)在常规治疗基础上加用激素治疗,以酶联免疫吸附测定法检测2组外周血IL-27浓度,对比2组治疗效果及治疗前后的外周血IL-27水平,并评估外周血IL-27与激素治疗敏感性之间的相关性。结果治疗前,2组外周血IL-27水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组外周血IL-27水平(25.9±1.6)pg/mL,明显低于对照组的(37.9±4.9)pg/mL(P<0.01)。研究组总有效率94.4%,对照组77.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症肌无力患者在常规治疗基础上接受激素治疗,可显著降低其外周血IL-27水平,并调节其细胞免疫功能,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum interleukin 27（IL-27）levels and the sensitivity of hormone therapy in patients with myasthenia gravis.Methods 72 cases with myasthenia gravisere were divided into the control group（n=36） and study group with the principle of random,the control group was received routine treatment,study group（n=36）was combined with hormone therapy on the basis of routine treatment,peripheral blood concentration of IL-27 was detected by ELISA assay in 2 groups,the treatment effect and the level of IL-27 in peripheral blood before and after were compared,we evaluated the correlation between peripheral blood IL-27 and hormone therapy sensitivity.Results The level of IL-27 in peripheral blood of 2 groups had no statistical significance before treatment,（P〉0.05）;the level of IL-27 in peripheral blood of the study group（25.9±1.6）pg/mL was significantly lower than the control group（37.9±4.9）pg/mL after treatment（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate of the study group was 94.4%,and that of the control group was 77.8%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with myasthenia gravis treated with hormone therapy on the basis of conventional treatment can reduce the peripheral blood IL-27 levels and regulate their cellular immune function,which can be identified.
